The Department of Ocean Engineering offers outstanding Ocean Engineering Students batch 2007 (GPA of 3.0 and above) with the Fast-Track Program where the outstanding students can earn both their undergraduate and master degrees in Ocean Engineering in 5 (five) years.
In this Fast-Track scheme, these outstanding students can register for additional 12 (twelve) credits of graduate courses during their 4th year (7th and 8th semester) in their undergraduate program.
After the graduation of their Undergraduate Program, these students can directly apply for the Ocean Engineering Graduate Program and the program will automatically recognize the 12 (twelve) credits of Graduate Courses taken in their previous program (with the requirement of grade average of 3.50 of those 12 credits). By the requirement of 36 (thirty six) credits for their master program, these students will only have to complete the additional 24 (twenty four) credits of compulsory and elective courses within 2 (two) semesters or 1 (one) year.
Qualified outstanding students are privileged to apply for Graduate Voucher Scholarship that will cover their Graduate Program’s semester and tuition fees.
